Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Certain items, such as personalized or clearance products, may not be eligible for returns, so please check the product details.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at delight@delight-enterprises.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
